We are continuing to monitor travel disruption due to technical difficulties in the UK air traffic control system and we are aware that some of our customers' flights have been affected.
The latest update from NATS, the National Air Traffic Controllers, can be found here.
We know that this might cause uncertainty, however please be assured that we have a dedicated team in place to support you (if your flight has been affected) to make alternative arrangements and ensure your travel to and from your destination is as seamless as possible. We are liaising with all airlines and cruise lines.
If you know that your flight has been cancelled and your booking has been affected please reach out to us directly on our dedicated number 020 3848 3000. We will also be in touch with all affected bookings.
If you are at the airport, the quickest and easiest way to have your flight changed/rebooked is to approach your airline desk directly at the airport.
