For those customers who have booked a Fly Cruise package where we are the Travel Agent (see Booking Confirmation), the Cruise Line should normally supply a transfer between airport - port - airport (where applicable) to your package.
Please check the Invoice from the Cruise Line which we will have forwarded to you once we received it.
For those customers who have booked a Tailor-made package through Iglu, where we are the Tour Operator (Please see your Iglu Booking Confirmation), it will have been discussed with you at the time of booking or shown on the website if booked online, what is included in your cruise holiday package, with details of any applicable transfers between airport-port-airport.
Please log in to My Booking to view your holiday details. Or you can check your Iglu Booking Confirmation email for details of what is included in your Fly Cruise package.
