If you have a Tailor-made package with us, this means that we have booked your flights for you. We will try to provide you with the airline flight locator (PNR number) where possible, as this is normally the reference you need if you want to log on to the airline website to manage your flights. If we have the locator, it will be shown in your Iglu Booking Confirmation in the Flights section, as well as in My Booking.
However, there are certain circumstances where we may be unable to supply a locator, or where it may not enable you to access your flights.
Examples include:
- When your flight is booked under a "Codeshare". This is where several airlines may sell seats under their own flight number
- If the seats are part of a group allocation or are on a charter flight, a locator may not be available for use.
- The flights have yet to be ticketed. We will aim to ticket your flights 45 days prior to travel.
Where can I find my airline reference?
It's important to note that your airline reference is often not available at the time of booking. We will update our system when we have been notified of your unique airline reference number. Once our system has been updated your airline reference will be noted on your booking confirmation email. You will be able to see your airline reference (highlighted in yellow below) by logging into My Booking. and clicking on 'Flights' in the menu (listed to the left of your screen).
Who am I flying with?
Again, head to My Booking to view your flight details, including the name of the airline that you are flying with.
I have logged into My Booking and I do not have any flight details
There are many reasons why your flight details may not be showing when you log in to My Booking;
- Your booking is a fly-cruise that has been arranged through the cruise line and the flight details have not been confirmed yet. Our team will update your booking once we have received the confirmed details from the cruise line supplier.
- You have booked an Iglu tailor-made package (if you are unsure - check your Iglu booking reference at the top of your booking confirmation email. An Iglu tailor-made package booking reference number will be preceded by the letter 'T') and the flights are out of date range.
- The flights have yet to be ticketed. We will aim to ticket your flights 45 days prior to travel.
I have the details I need, and I am ready to book my flight seats, what do I do next?
If you can see your airline and a flight locator on your Iglu Booking Confirmation and wish to log in to manage your flights, please feel free to try this.
Please note that the process for booking flights will vary depending on who you are flying with. And you are bound by their terms and conditions.
Some airlines will charge to pre-book seats.
We have put together a list of our most commonly used airlines, to help guide you in pre-booking your flight seats.
In most cases, you cannot pre-select your flight seats until the airline has ticketed your flight, which is around 45 days prior to your departure date.

We strongly advise completing your passenger information (Passport details etc) as soon as you can, as this also helps the airline to release flight tickets, in the same way as it does for cruise tickets. Please complete your Advanced Passenger Information on the cruise line and airline website. Alternatively, if you are experiencing any difficulties please send your API details to api@iglu.com and we will do our best to help.
