The information on this page only applies if you have booked a fly cruise package with us as your Tour Operator, so in your Iglu Booking Confirmation your contract will show as with Iglu.

If you have a fly cruise package with us, this means that we have booked your flights for you. We will try to provide you with the airline flight locator where possible, as this is normally the reference you need if you want to log on to the airline website to manage your flights. If we have the locator, it will be shown in your Iglu Booking Confirmation in the Flights section.
However, there are certain circumstances where we may be unable to supply a locator, or where it may not enable you to access your flights.
- When your flight is booked under a "Codeshare". This is where several airlines may sell seats under their own flight number, for the same aircraft, that is actually only be operated by one of them. In this case, the option to manage your flight booking online varies.
- If the seats are part of a group allocation, or are on a charter flight, a locator may not be available for use.
- The flights have yet to be ticketed. Often this may not happen until 3 months before the departure date, depending on the flight supplier and their terms and conditions.
If you can see your airline and a flight locator on your Iglu Booking Confirmation and wish to login to manage your flights, please feel free to try this. Some of the most commonly used airline websites are shown below:
For the above, you should be able to login using the airline flight locator and the details of the Lead Booker who made the booking with us.
For EasyJet bookings, you can add your Passport Information by logging in on their website, but to add seats, luggage etc, you will need to contact us using the customer form below.
For Jet2 flights, you can log in using your reference and the details of the Lead Booker and manage seats, luggage etc from there.
If you have a specific requirement to manage your flights earlier than 3 months before the departure date, please contact us and we can advise of how much of your balance must be paid in advance of the due date, so we can have the airline release the tickets for your flights.
We strongly advise completing your passenger information (Passport details etc) as soon as you can, as this also helps the airline to release flight tickets, in the same way as it does for cruise tickets.
