The easiest way to arrange payment of your balance is by directly paying us via your online banking account or a banking app.
Please note that if you’ve booked last minute or the sailing is within 16-19 weeks of booking, you must pay all amounts upfront.

Log into My Booking to make a Payment:
Head to My Booking to make a payment by debit or credit card (except Amex) or via the bank transfer service. To log in, use your personal information.
Step 1.
Once you have logged into My Booking, from the home page select 'Payment' on the left-hand menu.
Step 2.
Once you are in the Payment section, you will see your balance. If you scroll further down the screen you will be presented with two payment options. You can pay by debit/credit card or via the bank transfer service (powered by American Express).
Monthly Payment Plan:
A convenient way to pay for your holiday with us, with scheduled monthly payments. Payment plans are available to all customers who are paying a deposit with a balance due date of 30 days or more.
Bank Transfer BACS:
Please use your booking reference number as the payment reference. Please do not include your name or any other details in the payment reference field.
Simple Secure Bank Transfer powered by American Express:
- Pay by Bank Transfer.
- Pay directly from your UK bank account
- It's quick, simple, and extra secure, as your payment credentials are kept entirely between you and your bank
- There's no account setup needed and no need to enter any card details
- It's powered by American Express, but open to everyone no matter the bank you use
Please allow up to 5 working days for the payment to appear on your booking.
Pay your balance by card:
You can also make a payment by card by logging into our My Booking. We accept debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
There is no charge on debit or credit card payments except for corporate cards where the standard 2.5% charge applies.

If you make a bank transfer payment please allow up to 5 working days for the payment to appear on your booking. Once our Accounts Team has applied your payment to your booking, you will receive a payment confirmation receipt. Your payment receipt is emailed to the email address given at the time of booking.
