The easiest way to arrange payment of your balance is via our Customer Portal.
To log in, use your Iglu Booking Reference and your personal information.
Once logged in, you will find details of how to pay by either:
- Bank Transfer
- Debit/Credit Card
- Direct Debit
Setting up a Direct Debit is a simple process, which will allow you to select what date in the month you wish to make your payments and to spread the cost of your holiday across up to 24 monthly payments.
If you have any difficulty paying by the balance date, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible and select the “Payment” option on the menu.
Please note that if you’ve booked last minute or the sailing is within 16 weeks of booking, you must pay all amounts up front.
