For details regarding cancellation charges, submit an enquiry via the form on your Customer Portal. You can log in here using your Iglu Booking Reference and your personal information.
Please be advised that the minimum cancellation charge will be at least the cost of your deposit, plus our £25 per person Cancellation Fee. If you have booked under one of our Low Deposit promotions, the minimum loss will be the full deposit owed on the booking. If you have not yet paid the remainder of the full deposit, this will need to be paid in order for us to cancel the booking.
Any further charges will be dependent on the date you cancel and if you have booked a package holiday with Iglu, or with the cruise line. Who your contract is with, will be shown on your Iglu Booking Confirmation. You can then refer to the appropriate Cancellation Schedule.
Should you incur charges for cancelling your booking, you may be able to claim these back from your Travel Insurance provider. Please check with your insurer for further details.
