Once you have made a booking, if we are acting as your Travel Agent and your contract is with the cruise line (as per your Iglu Booking Confirmation), we will email you a copy of the cruise line Confirmation Invoice, once they send it to us and we have checked it. If we are acting as your Tour Operator, you will only receive the Iglu Booking Confirmation.
Where your cruise line has an Online Check-In process, we suggest that you log in to your booking and complete as much of this as you can, as soon as possible after booking. By providing all the Passport information for everyone on your booking, it can help the cruise line to release your Tickets sooner, rather than it being much closer to your departure date.
Most cruise lines now provide E-Tickets, which we will either send you, or you can access by logging in to your booking on their website. If you do not have access to the internet or a printer and have no one who can help you with this, we can post you copies, but we may charge an admin fee for this facility.
Carnival
You will receive your Carnival Invoice and Tickets by email.
Celebrity Cruises
You will receive your Celebrity Invoice and Tickets by email. Luggage Tags will be in your Tickets or available at the port. Online Check-In can be completed here.
Costa Cruises
Your Costa Invoice and Tickets will be emailed to you. Online Check-In can be found here.
Cruise and Maritime
We will send the Invoice by email. Cruise & Maritime now provide tickets by email, except for their World Cruises and a few other exceptions.
Clients must check in online in advance. If done at least 21 days prior to cruise they can download their tickets, otherwise we will email them to you nearer your departure date. Please check in here.
Cunard
You will be sent your Cunard Invoice by email. We will let you know when your E-Ticket is available. You must go online to complete your passenger information. You will then be able to print off your E-Ticket and Cruise Boarding Pass once Cunard release them. Please check-in here.
P&O Cruises
You will be sent your P&O Invoice by email. We will let you know when your E-Ticket is available. You must go online to complete your passenger information. You will then be able to print off your E-Ticket and Cruise Boarding Pass once P&O release them. Please check-in here.
Fred Olsen
You will be sent your Invoice by email. We will then post your tickets to you. You must go online to complete your passenger information as soon as you can, so that Fred Olsen can release your tickets to us. Please do that here.
Holland America Line
You will be sent your Invoice by email. We will let you know when your E-Ticket is available. You must go online to complete your Online Check-In. You will then be able to print off your E-Ticket and Cruise Boarding Pass once Holland America release them. Please check in here.
MSC Cruises
Both your Invoice and Tickets will be sent to you by email.
Online check-in needs to be completed for us to issue your e-tickets. Luggage Tags will be included within your tickets. Please do that here.
Norwegian Cruise Line
Both your Invoice and Tickets will be sent to you by email. Online check-in needs to be completed for us to issue your e-tickets. Please do that here.
Marella Cruises

Princess Cruises
