If you made a last-minute booking and/or are travelling within a week and you haven't received your tickets, please let us know by calling 0203 696 9453 and our Customer Care team will make appropriate arrangements with you to get tickets.
In some circumstances, we may need to arrange 'Ticket on Departure' or collection at the port. We will provide full details and instruction should this be necessary.
