In order to simplify matters for our customers, we require all balances to be paid at least 13 weeks prior to travel. This is because some cruise lines require the final balance this far in advance, while others require it closer to the date of travel.
This gives us an appropriate amount of time to ensure that we have collected the full balance owed to pass to the cruise line when they require it.
Please remember that balances must be paid to Iglu.com and not the cruise line directly.
