This is normal and often due to any discounts added by Iglu.com not showing on your Cruise Line Invoice, only on our Booking Confirmation.
Please refer to your Iglu.com Booking Confirmation for the definitive total price of your booking, any amounts already paid , your outstanding balance and the date it is due to be paid to us by.
If you still feel there is a discrepancy, please let us know by submitting an enquiry on your Customer Portal. You can log in here using your Iglu Booking Reference and your personal information.
