If you have booked a Fly Cruise arrangement as offered by the cruise line, your transfers to your ship or pre-cruise hotel are included in the price of the package. Please check the Invoice we have sent you from the cruise line for details. Any vouchers required will be supplied within your tickets 7-10 days before your departure date.
Once you have collected your luggage from the carousel and have cleared Customs etc and get to the Arrivals Hall, you should find a representative of the cruise line waiting for you. They will instruct you how to get to the transfer to your final destination.
Please note that if you have booked one of our custom packages (as shown in your Iglu Booking Confirmation, as your contract will be with Iglu, not the cruise line), you will be advised at the point of sale whether the transfers are included or not. When included, we will provide you with any applicable Transfer Vouchers and full details within your tickets.
If transfers are not included, it will be your responsibility to make the journey from the airport to the pre-cruise hotel or cruise ship in time for embarkation.
