If sailing in and out of the UK, most cruise ships will allow you to take a reasonable amount of luggage onboard, as you feel is necessary for your cruise, within sensible limits. You will have to store this luggage in your cabin. Please see individual cruise lines for specific details.
If you have booked a fly cruise, you need to adhere to the baggage weight and dimension rules as set by the airline. Also take care if doing a land-based tour as part of a cruise and stay package, or an internal flight on usually smaller planes which have reduced capabilities when it comes to baggage weight and size.
If you are using UK coach transfers to get to/from the Cruise Port, please note there may be separate weight limits per case, due to Health & Safety. Please check your tickets for details.
If you are not sure about any baggage limits with your cruise line, airline or other transport operators as part of your journey, please see their website or FAQs for specific luggage policies.

The maximum baggage weight onboard is 90kg per cruiser but if taking a flight, airlines will also have their own allowances to follow and often less than the ships’ limit.

Each single item of luggage must weigh no more than 50lbs (22.5kg) and be no more than 16” (40cm) deep by 24” (60cm) wide but with no limits on length.
