If your boarding pass is required to be printed, it will state on the document. Please make sure to read your documents carefully. Many Cruise Lines now do not require you to print anything as boarding passes can be obtained either on your smartphone via email or via the Cruise Line App. We will send ticketing instructions 21 days before the departure but you can also log in to your Customer Portal and check your ticketing information. We also recommend visiting the cruise line’s website, logging in to your account with the cruise line booking reference, and following their check-in and boarding pass instructions. We highly recommend, where possible, downloading mobile apps for a hassle and stress-free pre-departure experience.
