We will notify you immediately if there are any changes to your booking and if the cruise line decides to either cancel or change the sailing. If you do not hear from us, you can assume there are no changes to your booking. Cruise lines are not offering refunds as a default. Due to constantly changing circumstances, each sailing is being looked at individually and policy differs depending on the cruise line. Our cruise line partners are offering flexible terms and in most cases, you can easily move your booking to a later date. If you are uncertain about travelling, we recommend transferring your booking to a different or the same sailing to a future date.
