Yes, you will be be denied boarding if:
- You show signs of illness or in case of exposure to a case of COVID-19 (14 days prior to embarkation)
- You test positive upon embarkation
- You are unable to provide vaccination proof (fully vaccinated)
- You are unable to provide the required negative Covid-19 test result
- Test is not done by the approved testing centre
- Test is not done within the specified time frames required
- You have invalid passport
- You failed pre-departure health questionnaire (if applicable)
- You have no proof of mandatory Covid-19 insurance policy (if required by the cruise line)
- You arrive too late at the cruise terminal
- You are pregnant over 24 completed weeks at the time of cruise disembarkation
There will always be a cruise line's representative on-site at the terminal to support any guests who are denied boarding. Please note that the above mentioned scenarios do not cover all situations where boarding can be denied as it depends on the cruise line's and port authorities' protocols and requirements.
