From the 14th of September 2022, P&O Cruises will no longer offer an e-ticket to their guests.
This will be replaced by their boarding pass.
Passengers can retrieve their boarding passes using the 'Voyage Personaliser' on the P&O Cruises website.
Please log in with your 6-digit P&O reference (made up of letters and numbers) which can be found on your Iglu booking confirmation or your supplier invoice. You will also need your name and date of birth.
P&O will release your boarding pass and luggage labels around 21 days prior to your departure.
Finding your boarding pass and luggage labels is easy. Once you have logged into your P&O booking, there are two circles in the middle of the home page - once your boarding pass and labels are ready, you will be able to click on these circles and access your documents.
