Log in to our ‘My Booking’ portal to access your booking.
Once you are in the booking, you will see a menu on the left-hand side of your screen. Click on ‘payments’ to access the payment section.
Once you are in the payment section, you will see the amount that is outstanding on your holiday. And below this, is a form where you can select by clicking on the drop-down arrow who is going to make a payment, the payment method you would like to use, and the amount that you would like to pay.
To use the bank transfer method, please select 'Pay by Instant Payment'
Once you have added in the amount which you would like to pay, click on the 'bank transfer' button.
You will then be asked to review your payment. If you are happy with this, click on the 'Agree & Continue' button.
You will then need to select your bank.
And then log into your online banking app via your mobile device or a desktop.
Your bank will ask you to confirm the payment amount, the company you are paying (Iglu.com), and the reason for your payment.
Please check the details carefully and only confirm once you are happy to go ahead with the payment.
If the payment is successful you will receive the following message.
Your payment will now show on your booking details within the My Booking portal. And an email receipt will be sent to the email address given at the time of booking.
