Once your holiday is confirmed, you will be sent an Iglu.com Booking Confirmation, by email, within 24 hours. This document will show the details of the holiday as it was discussed. We can arrange to post a copy on request.
If you have booked with us as your Travel Agency, as shown in your Confirmation, we will then send an Invoice from the Tour Operator (cruise line) within two weeks. All holiday details are subject to the cruise line issuing this invoice. It is evidence of your contract with the Tour Operator. Please keep this safe.
If you have booked a package holiday with us, where we act as Tour Operators, as shown on your Confirmation, the only Invoice you receive will be the Booking Confirmation we send you.
Your cruise tickets will be sent to you within 7-10 days of your departure date. How you receive them will depend on the cruise line you are sailing with, but nearly all of them now provide tickets either online or in an e-format (PDF etc).
