Current status
Major airports, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Tel Aviv, have temporarily suspended flights. Airlines including Emirates, flydubai, British Airways, Etihad, Qatar Airways, and Lufthansa have cancelled or diverted many services.

Guidance for impacted customers
- Check your flight status: Before leaving for the airport, please check your flight status directly on the airline’s website or app.
- At the airport: If you are at an airport, please speak to a staff member at your airline’s customer service desk first. They have the most direct control over rebooking and care. If they cannot assist, please call us on 020 3848 3000.
- Finishing your cruise: If your cruise is coming to an end, please check your flight status on the airline’s website and speak with onboard guest services before heading to the airport.
- If your cruise has been cancelled and you need to fly home: We are currently liaising with the airlines to amend your return flight home to as soon as possible due to the current situation. As soon as we have further information regarding your travel plans we will be in contact with you.
If you have made your own alternative travel arrangements, can we kindly ask that you share your new hotel/flight details with us, so we can ensure that you arrive home safely. You can share your amended travel details with us via our Customer Contact Form.

We would like to reassure all of our customers due to travel within the next week that our team is working through re-bookings and updates in departure date order. We will update you if we are notified about any changes to your cruise or flight.

- At the airport: If you experience a cancellation whilst at an airport, please seek assistance from your airline’s customer service desk first, as they have the most direct control over your rebooking and immediate care (such as refreshments or accommodation).
