- Time updates: A change to your original flight time of less than 12 hours.
- Travel details: A change to the airline or the type of aircraft.
- Airport locations: A change to a different departure or destination airport within the same region.

If your travel is within the next seven days, please follow the guidance below.
Guidance for impacted customers:
- Monitor your email inbox: Please check it frequently, as we will send specific instructions and revised travel documents directly to you.
- Keep your mobile on: Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on and fully charged. We may need to reach you urgently via phone or SMS.
- Check your flight status: Before leaving for any airport, please check your flight status directly on the airline’s website or app.
- At the airport: If you experience a cancellation whilst at an airport, please seek assistance from your airline’s customer service desk first, as they have the most direct control over your rebooking and immediate care (such as refreshments or accommodation).
If you are travelling at a later date
We are planning ahead for future departures, monitoring airspace restrictions, airline communications, FCDO advice, and liaising with the cruise lines.
