• If you are transiting via Dubai and you experience a delay or cancellation, please contact the customer service desk. If they cannot assist you, please call our team on 0203 848 3679.
• Please don't leave the airport if you are in transit. 

Alternative travel arrangements

Our priority remains getting you back to the UK quickly and safely. Our expert teams are working around the clock to coordinate your return, and we take our responsibility to you very seriously. To ensure we can support you effectively and manage your journey in full, we kindly ask that you refrain from making your own independent travel arrangements. This allows us to focus all our resources on securing the most direct route home for you as quickly as possible.

If you have made alternative travel arrangements, please could you share your new hotel/flight details with us so we can ensure you arrive home safely. You can share your amended travel details with us via our Customer Contact Form.
