All cruise lines release their tickets/boarding passes at different times.
The majority of cruise lines require your API (Advanced Passenger Information) first. Please visit the My Booking section on our homepage to find your personalised information and instructions regarding check-in.
Most cruise lines require you to provide your API and do online check-in directly on their websites (or via the cruise line’s mobile app) and download boarding passes from there. We will also send you Boarding Pass instructions approximately 21 days prior to departure. All cruise lines will have issued your boarding passes, 7-10 days prior to your departure.
There are a few different ways that you can receive your tickets. In most cases, you will be able to download or access your tickets via your cruise line app or by logging into your booking on their website.
If you haven't received your travel documents, don't forget to check your junk folder before contacting us.
When should I print/download my tickets?
Each cruise line has a different procedure for checking in and receiving boarding passes. This information is available to you via My Booking, and we will send instructions via email 21 days prior to your departure.
The majority of cruise lines do not require you to print your documents before travelling. Instead, your boarding passes will be available online or in an e-format.
Some cruise lines have also introduced mobile apps on which you can check in and download your cruise documents, find more information about your sailing, and pre-book extra services.
If you would like to receive documents by post, we charge an admin fee of £10 per document. Please request this with our sales agent when you book your cruise holiday with us.
When do you send me my tickets?
If you are sailing with the following cruise lines, we will email you your travel documents once the cruise lines have your mandatory information.
- Fred Olsen
- Celestyal
- Silversea
- Hurtigruten and HX
- Star Clippers
If you have booked a package holiday with us, where we act as Tour Operators, as shown on your Confirmation you will still be able to check-in for your cruise portion. And boarding pass instructions will be emailed to you 21 days before.
The other elements, flights, hotels, transfers, etc. will be sent approx 7-10 days before via email, by our Ticketing Team.
