If you have booked a cruise package that includes a free gift, we will usually send it to you shortly before you travel.
If your package includes a hamper, we will arrange for it to be sent directly to your home address.
If your gift is an e-voucher, we will email it to the address provided on your booking.
Airport lounges and parking
If your gift includes airport lounge access or car parking, we will send your vouchers with your final travel documents and tickets 7 to 10 days before departure.
