Bed configuration can be changed to either a twin bed or a queen bed configuration unless you are in a cabin with fixed twin beds or are in a cabin where the upper pullman berth will not allow a double bed configuration (3 or 4-berth cabins). Some cruise lines like Fred Olsen have cabins with an L-shaped bed configuration, which cannot be changed to a double.
It is important that you discuss bed configuration at the point of making your booking to make sure you are booking a cabin that can provide the bed configuration you would like.
