You will need to contact your insurance provider and follow their claim process. Most insurance companies will have a dedicated claim telephone number that you can call.

Yes, we can assist with providing any booking documents that you may need to support your claim. We are also happy to speak to your insurance provider (as long as we have your permission) to answer any questions that they may have.
