When you check-in with Norwegian Cruise Line, you will start the process online via their website, or their app, and then the check-in process finishes at the port terminal.
You can check-in online via the cruise line's My NCL Account' or via their app. Online check-in is available approximately 21 days before sailing. And should be completed no later than 3 days before sailing.
I would like to check in using the NCL App
Checking in with the app is a great way to download your e-docs to your mobile device. For further information and links to download the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play, click here.
Once you have downloaded the app onto your device, you will be able to do the following;
- Complete check-in for all guests in your party
- Download your E-Docs (these will need to be presented at the port)
- Make reservations
Further features are available on the app once you are onboard.
I would like to check in via the My NCL account on their website
To access your reservation and check in online via the My NCL Account, you will need to create an account. You can do this by clicking here.
Once you have logged in to your account, you will be able to complete the check-in process for all guests.
Please ensure you add the following information;
- Passport Information
- Add emergency contact details
- Upload a recent photo for each passenger
- Add your payment card for purchases made onboard
- Access safety videos
- Select your arrival time
- Download your travel documents
