All cruise lines will ask their guests to check-in online ahead of their cruise. Follow the guidelines below for your cruise line:
Carnival
You can manage your booking and check-in directly on the Carnival website here or on their new Carnival app.
We recommend you use Carnival's app to check in all guests on your reservation, the App can be found here. The app provides a quick and easy check-in process so you can start your holiday sooner.
Celebrity Cruises
Guests may check-in using the Celebrity Cruises website up to 3 days before sailing. So should you not wish to download the App, you can still retrieve your Guest Ticket Booklet & Xpress Pass.
Please note, if you have flights booked with Celebrity Cruises, your Guest Ticket Booklet is valid for check-in.
You will be prompted to create an account with Celebrity Cruises. Once your account is created, you can enter your Celebrity Cruise reference number, ship & sail date, and load your booking to your account. These electronic documents will replace paper tickets.
When it’s time to check in, we recommend you use the Celebrity’s app to check in all guests on your reservation, the App can be found here. The app provides a quick and easy check-in process so you can start your holiday sooner. This option is available between 90 days and 3 days before your sail day.
Costa Cruises
You will be prompted to create an account with MyCosta on the Costa Cruises website. Once your account is created, you can enter your Costa Cruise Line reference number, ship & sail date, and load your booking to your account. Costa Cruises requires the passport details of all members of the travel party before we are able to issue your tickets. Please complete your online check-in process within 72 hours prior to your departure.
Cunard
Passengers can now retrieve their travel documents using the 'Voyage Personaliser' on the Cunard website.
Tickets will become available within 30 days prior to departure. If you have booked an Early Saver Fare or a Saver Fare, your tickets will become available closer to the date of departure, once a cabin has been allocated. Please do keep checking should your tickets not be available straight away.
These electronic documents will replace paper tickets, and also give you access to more information and additional services ahead of your cruise.
P&O Cruises
Passengers can retrieve their boarding passes using the 'My Cruise Personaliser' on the P&O Cruises website.
Fred Olsen
Fred Olsen Cruise Line requires your API (Advanced Passenger Information) before they will issue your tickets. The easiest & fastest way to do this is by going to Fred Olsen’s website. Once complete, we can then send your tickets to the lead passenger's email address.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to obtain the tickets yourself. We will send them 7-10 days before the departure date. If you are struggling to submit your API on Fred Olsen’s website, please email your details to API@iglu.com

Holland America Line
Please go to Holland America website and complete the Online Check-In process 3 days prior to your sail date. You will be required to enter your name, cruise line reference number, and ship details.
Each individual guest is required to complete the questionnaire in ‘Online Check-In’ to obtain their Express Docs. After you complete the Online Check-In, your Express Docs including your Boarding Pass will be issued. Please do not forget to print them out prior to leaving home. If you do not wish to print your documents prior to departure, you can use Holland America’s app.
We recommend you use Holland America’s app. The app can be found here. These electronic documents will replace paper tickets, and also give you access to more information and additional services ahead of your cruise. However, you are still required to check-in via the website first.
MSC Cruises
For a smooth and fast boarding experience, you can get your ‘FAST TRACK’ tickets by checking in online and uploading your photo. You can do this on the MSC website or via the MSC FOR ME App available through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Check-in opens as soon as your booking is confirmed and closes two days before you sail. Please note that you can only check in and receive your tickets once all guest details are provided, your balance is paid in full, and your cabin has been assigned.
If you are unable to add your insurance to MSC Cruises' system please email it to us so we can add it for you, again please email it to API@iglu.com.

Norwegian Cruise Line
Guests also check in using the Norwegian Cruise Line’s website up to 3days before your sail day. So should you not wish to download the app, you can still retrieve your e-docs. You will be prompted to create an account with Norwegian Cruise Lines. Once your account is created, you can enter your Norwegian Cruise Line reference number, ship & sail date, and load your booking to your account. After Online Check-In is completed for each guest, e-docs should be available to download (approx 21 days prior to sailing). Complete check-in and download e-docs early. e-docs are your boarding pass. Each guest will need a printed or digital copy to enter the port.

Marella Cruises
Marella Cruises requires your API (Advanced Passenger Information) prior to sailing. The easiest & fastest way to do this is by going to Marella Cruise Control. Here you will be able to enter your Advance Passenger Information (passport information) at any time. You will also be able to book any onboard amenities through Marella Cruise Control.
If your booking has flights, you will be able to service your flights through Flight Extras. Here you will be able to choose your seats on the plane via the seat map as well as upgrade and add extras.
Once you've checked in and completed the required Health Questionnaire, you can download and print your luggage labels.
Please note: You no longer need a boarding pass for a Marella Cruise.
Princess Cruises
You still have access to your Cruise Personalizer which can be found here. However, Princess Cruise Lines has stepped away from paper tickets and has launched the MedallionClass App. These electronic documents on the app will replace paper tickets, and also give you access to more information and additional services ahead of your cruise.
When it’s time to check in, we recommend you use Princess Cruise’s app to check in all guests on your reservation, the app can be found here. These electronic documents on the App will replace paper tickets, and also give you access to more information and additional services ahead of your cruise. Tickets are available 30 days before your sail day.
Azamara Cruises
You can now check-in online and retrieve your Guest Ticket Booklet & Set Sail Pass via the Azamara Club Cruises Check-in Portal.
These electronic documents will replace paper tickets, and also give you access to more information and additional services ahead of your cruise.
You will be prompted to create an account with Azamara. Once your account is created, you can enter your Azamara reference number, ship & sail date, and load your booking to your account. If your holiday includes flights with Azamara you will need to print off your Guest Ticket Booklet via the Online Check-in Summary. This document may be only available for download within two weeks of sailing.
Royal Caribbean
Guests may check-in using the Royal Caribbean website up to 48 hours before sailing. So should you not wish to download the app, you can still retrieve your Guest Ticket Booklet & Set Sail Pass. Please note, that if you have flights booked with Royal Caribbean, your Guest Ticket Booklet is valid for check-in. You will be prompted to create an account with Royal Caribbean. Once your account is created, you can enter your Royal Caribbean reference number, ship & sail date, and load your booking to your account. These electronic documents will replace paper tickets.

Disney Cruise Line
Guests also check in using the Disney Cruise Line website 15 days prior to departure. So should you not wish to download the app, you can still retrieve your tickets online. Disney Cruise Line requires all check-in details to be complete for all members of the travel party before they are able to issue your tickets.
Virgin Voyages
Passengers can now retrieve their travel documents using the Sailor App here.
These electronic documents on the app will replace paper tickets, and also give you access to more information and additional services ahead of your cruise. All Sailors will have access to the Sailor App as soon as they have made a booking.
Ambassador
As a sustainable cruise line, all cruise information and documentation will be available through our ‘My Ambassador Sailing’ page on the website here
Guests can also download the Ambassador App by clicking here.
You will need an email address to be able to update your information along with your Ambassador booking reference. You will be able to book destination experiences, drinks packages, gift packages, car parking, or coaches, as well as check-in for your cruise. Please note Ambassador does not offer any printed documentation.
Guests will be able to view their booking online 14-21 days prior to departure, check-in will become available 72 hours prior to departure.
