If you have a handcrafted package with us, it means we booked your flights and are acting as the tour operator. You can confirm this by checking the booking confirmation email you received shortly after booking your holiday.
We will provide you with your airline booking reference (PNR) whenever possible, as this is the reference you need to log in and manage your flights on the airline's website. If we have your reference, you'll find it in the Flights section of your Iglu Booking Confirmation and also in My Booking. However, there are a few reasons why we may be unable to give you a flight reference.
Examples include:
- When your flight is booked under a "Codeshare". This is where several airlines may sell seats under their own flight number
- If the seats are part of a group allocation or are on a charter flight, a locator may not be available for use.
- The flights have yet to be ticketed (flights are typically ticketed 45 days before travel).
Where can I find my airline reference?
Your airline booking reference (PNR) is often not available at the time of booking. We will update your booking confirmation email once we receive your unique reference number. You can check for your reference by logging into My Booking and viewing the 'Flights' section.
Who am I flying with?
Again, head to My Booking to view your flight details, including the name of the airline that you are flying with.
I have logged into My Booking and I do not have any flight details
There are a few reasons why your flight details may not be showing in My Booking:
- You booked a Fly Cruise arranged through the cruise line, and they have not confirmed the flight details yet. Our team will update your booking once the confirmed details are received.
- You booked an Iglu handcrafted package, and the flights have not been confirmed.
- Your flights have not been ticketed yet.
I have the details I need, and I am ready to book my flight seats, what do I do next?
If your Iglu Booking Confirmation shows your airline and an airline booking reference (PNR), you can log in to the airline's website to manage your flights.
Please note that the flight management process and terms and conditions vary depending on the airline you are flying with.
Some airlines will charge to pre-book seats.
We have put together a list of our most commonly used airlines to help guide you in pre-booking your flight seats.
In most cases, you cannot pre-select your flight seats until the airline has ticketed your flight, which is around 45 days prior to your departure date.

Important information:
We strongly advise completing your passenger information (Passport details etc) as soon as you can, as this also helps the airline to release flight tickets, in the same way as it does for cruise tickets. Please complete your Advanced Passenger Information on the cruise line and airline website. Alternatively, if you are experiencing any difficulties, please send your API details to api@iglu.com and we will do our best to help.
