It’s important that we make sure that all names are spelt correctly and are the same as your passports, that any other personal details such as dates of birth are correct, and the holiday details and price are as expected.
Please note, if you do not check your Booking Confirmation and inform us of any errors or omissions, to make changes at a later date may incur Admin Charges from our suppliers to make any necessary amends. If you do spot any errors, please ensure you let us know via the enquiry form on your Customer Portal. You can log in here using your Iglu Booking Reference and your personal information.
If you have noticed an error, and you travel in 14 days or less, please call us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes.
