Iglu Cruise has a handy booking manager called 'My Booking'. It’s a friendly, easy-to-use online space where you can keep an eye on all your travel plans and tick off those important "to-do" items before you set off.
1. To log in to My Booking, click on the 'Pay Balance' or the question mark icon button at the top right-hand corner of the Iglu Cruise homepage.
2. If you click on the question mark icon, from the drop-down menu, click on My Booking.
What information will you need to log in to My Booking?
To log in to your booking using your surname and Iglu Cruise booking reference number.
How do I log in if I have multiple cruise bookings with Iglu?
If you have multiple bookings with us, you will need to log in to each booking separately, using your surname and the unique Iglu Cruise booking reference for each holiday.
To find your unique Iglu booking reference, please check your booking confirmation email, which will be sent to you shortly after you have booked. Our reference numbers are 7-digit numbers, starting with 1.
