I cannot log into My Booking
If you are unable to log in to My Booking, please check that the data you are entering to log in matches the information in our reservation system. You can check your name and booking reference number on the most recent booking confirmation.
If you can log in with incorrect details, please do so. Then use our Customer Contact Form to send off a request to amend the details.
Why cannot I not see my flight or hotel details
If you have booked a handcrafted holiday with us (this is when Iglu acts as your tour operator), some of your package elements may not be confirmed until closer to your departure date. This is common if you book your holiday before the flights or accommodation are available. In this instance, we will confirm the price, but the flight times and accommodation details will be for guidance only.
We aim to confirm your hotel details no later than six months before you travel. You will be booked into a standard room with a room-only board basis, unless you requested an upgrade or specific arrangements when booking.
Flights will often the last element of our handcrafted packages to be confirmed. We will send you an email with your full flight details and your details will be available in My Booking no later than six months before your departure date.
