Please let your Cruise Specialist know at the time you make the booking if anyone in your party requires medical or mobility assistance. Your cruise specialist will add a note to your booking which will then be sent to our Special Assistance Team.
If your circumstances change after you have booked your cruise holiday and you require mobility or medical assistance, please contact our Special Assistance Team as soon as possible. One of our team will contact you directly.
Once we have been notified by you that you or a member of your party require medical or mobility assistance, our Special Assistance Team will e-mail you a form 6-8 weeks prior to departure. Please complete the form and return it to us.
Please note, for customers sailing with Virgin Voyages, Fred Olsen, or Marella Cruises you will not receive a form. Our team will contact you directly if they require further information from you.
