If you have booked a handcrafted holiday with us (this is when Iglu acts as your tour operator), some of your package elements may not be confirmed until closer to your departure date. This is common if you book your holiday before the flights or accommodation are available. In this instance, we will confirm the price, but the flight times and accommodation details will be for guidance only.
Flights
Flights are often the last element of our handcrafted packages to be confirmed. We will send you an email with your full flight details no later than six months before you travel. During busy periods, this timeframe may occasionally change. Once confirmed, you can view your full flight details in My Booking. We will also email your updated booking confirmation shortly. Please note that flights may be indirect and can have up to a six-hour stopover. Your flight seats are not pre-booked at this time. Flights are booked in economy unless you arranged an upgrade with your sales agent when booking. If you wish to upgrade your flight after booking, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance and a quote.
Hotels
We aim to confirm your hotel details no later than six months before you travel. You will be booked into a standard room with a room-only board basis, unless you requested an upgrade or specific arrangements when booking. Once your hotel is booked, you can view the full details by logging into My Booking. We will also email your updated booking confirmation shortly. If you wish to upgrade your hotel after booking, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance and a quote. We carefully select the best hotels for our customers from a preferred list. If you have a specific hotel in mind, we can look into alternatives for you. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the standards of hotels outside our preferred partners.
