Looking for your flight information? No problem! As soon as we have the information, we will update the information in My Booking. All you need to do to view the information is log in to My Booking and click on 'flights' in the menu on the left-hand side of the home page.
Once you have accessed the flight page, you will be able to find the following information for all flights;
- Departure airport
- Arrival airport
- Flight times
- The date that you are departing
- Airline name
- Flight number
- Luggage allowance
- Airline reference (this is the reference you need to access your booking directly with the airline)*
- Passenger names (please ensure these match your passport)

Flight upgrades and/or changes can be requested by filling in our Customer Contact Form.
I have logged into My Booking, and I do not have any flight details
There are a few reasons why your flight details may not be showing in My Booking:
- You booked a Fly Cruise arranged through the cruise line, and they have not confirmed the flight details yet. Our team will update your booking once the confirmed details are received.
- You booked an Iglu handcrafted package, and the flights have not been confirmed.
- Your flights have not been ticketed yet.
Out of date range flights
Flights are often the last element of our handcrafted packages to be confirmed. We will send you an email with your full flight details at least 6 months before your trip. During busy periods, this timeframe may occasionally change.
Once confirmed, you can view your full flight details in My Booking. We will also email your updated booking confirmation shortly. Just so you know, flights may be indirect and can have up to a six-hour stopover.
Your flight seats are not pre-booked at this time. Flights are booked in economy unless you arranged an upgrade with your sales agent when booking.
