Managing your personal details
When you have created your account, you can edit your account details by going onto the tab called Manage Account and then Account Details.
On this page, you can change your password and name associated with your account. To change your name and date of birth, click “Edit details”. A pop up will appear and you can then change your details. To change your password, click the links next to them where you will be directed to a new page to edit this information.
Please note
Editing these details will not change any details you have inserted as part of your upcoming or previous booking history.

Managing your preferences details
Cruise and destination preferences
When signed into your account, you can select your favourite cruise line and destination.
When on the page and you select either the cruise line or destination input bar, a drop-down will appear and from there you can click multiple cruise lines and destinations to your preference list.
If you would like to remove or change your preference, simply click the cruise line or destination and a pop-up will appear. Untick the cruise line or destination previously selected and press save. This will change your preference.
Marketing preferences
When signing into your account, click on manage my account and then settings.
On this page, you can sign up to our marketing preferences including our email newsletter. If you wish to unsubscribe from this, you will need to click the unsubscribe link on any of our marketing emails you receive.

Managing My Account
Editing your account details

Logging off from your account
On the My Account pages
When logged into your account, click on the tab titled Manage Account. On here, then click settings.
At the bottom of the page, there is a section called Login and Security where there is a link to press. This will sign you out of your account on all devices.
On the Search and Online Booking pages
You can also log off by clicking the account icon at the top of the website on the right-hand side. This will present a drop-down menu for you to click “Log out”.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, simply visit the customer account page and then click on the tab titled Manage Account. On here, click settings.
At the bottom of the page is a section called Account. Here there is a button you can click called Delete Account. A pop-up will appear for you to confirm this is what you want to do. When you have processed through this stage, your account will be deleted in the next 24 hours.
If you want to create a new account with the same email address, simply go onto the main Iglu website, click the customer account icon, and then click the create account link in the drop down.
