In this new portal, you can view all your quotes and bookings past and present, as well as tell us your favourite cruise line and destination. This is all accessible by signing in with an email address and password or using a Google profile.

What is the difference between My Account and My Booking?
You will need to create an account for My Account. This is where you can view all past and present bookings and manage your cruise holiday “wishlist”.
With My Booking, you will automatically be able to access this portal once you have made a booking with us, using your personal details. Here you can contact us, make payments, and request amendments.
What are the benefits of creating a My Account profile?
By creating a My Account profile, you can view all your upcoming bookings as well as all your previous bookings.
Instead of going into the booking portal, and having to insert your booking reference and lead passenger email address, date of birth, and postcode, you can simply view all your booking details by signing into a My Account profile through your email address or Google profile.

How do I create an account?
When you click the My Account icon on the header of the Iglu website, a drop-down will appear with a link asking you to either sign in or create an account.
You can create a My Account profile either by using your email address or your Google account. Please read the instructions below:
Email address
To create an account using your email address, you will first need to verify the email address you want to use. To do so, you will be prompted to first insert your email address into a field to receive a verification code via email.
This email may go to your junk inbox but should be in your inbox no more than 5 minutes after entering your email address to be verified.
Copy and paste the verification code sent to your email and paste it in the browser that you were creating your account and then click verify. The website will then confirm if the code entered is correct. If you do not receive this email, you can always request for a new verification email to be sent to you. Always insert the latest verification code when creating an account.
After you have verified your account, you will then be asked to create a password and inset your first name and surname. When this has been inserted into the input boxes on the browser you will then be able to create your account.
Google account
You can create an account by using your Google account details.
When on the first account sign-in/ up screen, simply click on the Google account logo. This will pre-fill all the details needed to create an account and direct you straight to the customer account page.
To see that your account is linked, visit the manage My Account pages in your account and click on settings. This page will show your Google account is linked to your My Account profile.
How do I log into My Account?
When you’ve created a My Account profile, you can sign back into it via the Google account or email address used to create the profile.
You can do this in multiple places across the website, just look out for the My Account Icon in the header of the website. If you are already logged in, it will show a circle and your initials in it. When you click on this symbol and you are logged in, it will show you all the quick links to the key pages of 'My Account'. If you are not logged in, it will ask you to either sign in or create an account.
To sign into your account via an email address, simply insert the email you used to create your account.
If you can’t remember your password, simply click forget password on the login screen. An email will be sent with a link to reset your password.
To sign in with your Google account, simply click the Google logo when you press sign in to your account on any page of the website. This will automatically sign you into your customer account.
