Delayed flight
Should you experience delays with your flight, speak with the airline to find out more information. Airline/Airport staff should be able to tell you when you are likely to depart.
Missed flight
Should you miss your flight, speak with the airline to find out if they can get you on the next available flight. You will be liable for any additional costs. Your expenses may be covered by your travel insurance.
Cancelled flight
If your flight is cancelled before departure, we will make alternative arrangements for you.
If you are at the airport and the flight is cancelled please speak to the airline. The airline will be responsible for finding an alternative flight for you.
