Before you travel, please ensure that you have checked your transfer voucher if you have one. Please be advised that some of our suppliers do not send a voucher.
If you are provided with a voucher, please make a note of the emergency telephone number. This number can be used to resolve most issues including locating a missing transfer. Many of the local transfer providers will use WhatsApp when communicating with passengers, so we highly recommend you install the app before you travel, and make sure that you have arranged to have access to your mobile data when you are abroad.
If your transfer does not show up, please call the emergency telephone number provided on your voucher. Guests without a voucher should refer to the travel documents that have been provided or speak to the cruise line rep in resort.
If your transfer does not arrive and you make your own way, please retain any out-of-pocket expense receipts and contact our Customer Resolutions team upon return.
