Below is a summary of our river cruise line suppliers and their embarkation times. However, these times are subject to change. Please refer to your travel documents prior to travel for your exact arrival and departure times.
- AMAWaterways - Embarkation is 3 pm on all ships. Disembarkation is 9am.
- Emerald - Embarkation times can vary. Your travel documents will confirm your embarkation time.
- Scenic - Embarkation is usually after 2 pm, but please refer to your travel documents prior to travel. Disembarkation time will be confirmed once onboard.
- Uniworld - Your stateroom will be ready from 3PM. Guests may be able to board prior to 3PM, but will have to wait in one of the public areas onboard. On the day of disembarkation guests are kindly asked to leave their stateroom by 8am.
- Riviera Travel - Embarkation will typically start in the afternoon around 2-3pm. Your specific embarkation times will be confirmed on your pre-departure documentation, which will be available to you 10-14 days prior to travel. Guests will be asked to vacate their cabin by 9am.
- TUI River - When you arrive at the port, a team member will welcome you. You can enjoy ship facilities even if your cabin is not yet ready. Disembarkation is usually between 8am and 9am.
- Travelmarvel - When you travel on a Travelmarvel river cruise, guests can often board the vessel as soon as they arrive into the departure port city. However cabins will generally be available from 3pm. On your day of departure guests are kindly asked to vacate their cabin around 8am.
- APT Luxury River Cruise - Embarkation is from 3pm. However there is often the option of dropping off your luggage, waiting in the lounge or enjoying a light lunch from 11am. Guests are kindly asked to disembark by 09:30am on their final day.
