When can I expect to receive my tickets for the Rocky Mountaineer?
Your Rocky Mountaineer booklet and final documents will be sent out to you 7-10 days before departure.
Can I access my Rocky Mountaineer reservation online?
You can view your booking details online with us by logging into My Booking. Alternatively you can view your Rocky Mountaineer reservation directly on the Rocky Mountaineer website.

Is there a luggage allowance when travelling on the Rocky Mountaineer?
Yes, there is a luggage allowance.
Guests can have up to 2 pieces of checked luggage per person. Maximum weight limit of 23 kgs per single bag. Guests will also need a carry on bag, as their checked luggage will travel ahead of them and be delivered directly to their over night hotel room at each overnight stop/destination.
Guests will be expected to carry on any medications, glasses, cameras, chargers, additional clothing such as coats. The carry on bag must be a small day bag that fits comfortably by the guests feet as there are no overhead lockers on under-seat storage.

Can I request a vegetarian meal when I travel on the Rocky Mountaineer?
Yes you can. The Rocky Mountaineer cuisine will cater for all of their guests needs, where possible. The dining experience on board is chef prepared, using local ingredients such as British Columbia wild salmon and local berries.
Throughout the day, the onboard hosts bring snacks directly to your seat, such as warm cookies fresh out of the oven, artisanal cheeses, and trail mixes. British Columbia VQA wines, craft beers, coffee, and tea are also available.
Are transfers included to take me from the hotel to the station?
