Can I pre-book my seats?
All passengers who book a Handcrafted package with us that includes the Amtrak rail will not be able to choose their seats on the train prior to travel.
Seats will be allocated on arrival.
When will I receive tickets for the AMTRAK train?
Your train voucher, along with all your final documents will be sent 7-10 days before departure.
I require assistance when travelling on the Amtrak train, how can I arrange this?
