If you're unable to travel on your originally booked cruise date, you may be able to transfer your booking to a different sailing with the same cruise line. However, this option depends on the fare type or promotional code applied to your booking. Some fare types are non-transferable and will require a full cancellation instead.
Before You Request a Change
Transfer policies vary by cruise line, but one or more of the following conditions may apply:
- You can only transfer your booking once.
- Most cruise lines do not allow changes within 14 days of departure.
- Some cruise lines restrict changes within 90 days of departure.
- Your booking must be outside of the balance due (final payment) date.
- The new sailing must be of equal or greater value.
- The new sailing must depart within one year of your original departure date.
- Promotions or discounts from your original booking may not apply to the new sailing.
We recommend reviewing your cruise line’s specific terms and conditions for full details. There may also be administration fees applicable to your booking when transferring. These amounts vary by cruise line and will be confirmed to you by one of our dedicated team.
How to Request a Sailing Date Change
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can request a transfer by completing our Customer Contact Form.
To access the form:
- Log in to your account via My Booking.
- Navigate to the Customer Contact Form and choose the Change Cruise option.
- Submit your request with the details of your new preferred sailing.
- Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
