'My Booking' is where you can view and manage the booking that you have made with us. If you have multiple bookings with us, you will need to log in to each booking separately.

To access My Booking you will need the following information;
- Your surname
- Iglu Cruise booking reference number
Once you have logged into your booking you will be able to view the following information:
- Booking summary and full itinerary
- Payment information
- Passenger details
- Flight, cruise, cabin, and dining information
- Tours and excursions booked
- Tickets and travel documents
- Important travel advice and additional information
Things you can do in 'My Booking':
- Download and reprint your booking confirmation and final travel documents (including your ATOL certificate).
- Make a secure payment towards your balance.
- Book travel extras, such as airport parking and lounge access.
- Amend your booking by submitting a Customer Contact Form.
- Get support by chatting with an agent or contacting our Customer Service Team.
