2. Make sure your reservation details are up to date.
3. Ensure the cruise line and your travel agent have your current mobile number in case of any changes.
4. Where possible, log into your flight reservation directly on the airline's website to check your contact details are correct.
5. If relevant, link your booking with your travelling group by contacting us.
6. Check the entry requirements for your itinerary and all countries you'll visit here.
7. Pack your passport and ensure it meets all validity requirements here.
8. Arrange appropriate insurance and have proof of your policy. You can do this with Holiday Extras.
9. Pre-book onboard activities and extras (like drinks packages, speciality restaurants, or spas) directly on the cruise line's website using your cruise line booking reference.
10. Pre-book shore excursions online, either with the cruise line or our partner Venture Ashore.
11. Complete any required Health Declaration or Questionnaire online, as specified by your cruise line.
12. You can print e-tickets, boarding passes, and luggage labels directly from the cruise line's website or app. If you booked a handcrafted cruise package, we will email your transfer and hotel tickets, which will also be available in My Booking under the Tickets and Documents section.
