The cruise line will allocate your embarkation time shortly before you travel.
Embarkation Time
Some cruise lines will allow their guests to choose their embarkation time however, the majority of cruise lines will assign a time slot for your arrival and boarding. This is to make sure the embarkation process runs smoothly and all health and safety procedures are followed. Please check your boarding pass or e-ticket once you complete your check-in for the assigned embarkation time. We recommend that you do not arrive too early or too late and follow the cruise lines' guidelines.
Cruise ships will usually begin boarding approximately four hours before the scheduled departure time, typically around 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
Please note that your allocated arrival time can potentially be changed. This is down to the cruise line's discretion.
Please contact our Customer Service Team, who will be happy to speak to the cruise line to see if the time can be amended.
