How do I book my complimentary parking?
Please call Cruise and Passenger Services on 0345 071 3939, or you can book your parking on their website www.cruiseparking.co.uk
If your booking includes complimentary car parking in Southampton, guests must contact Cruise and Passenger Services (CPS) to secure their parking space. Parking spaces are subject to availability.
What reference or code do I need to quote when I book my complimentary parking?
The only reference required to book your complimentary parking with CPS is your P&O Cruises booking reference. You will be given your P&O Cruises booking reference at the time of booking. You can also find your reference by logging into My Booking and on your booking confirmation email.
When can I book my complimentary parking?
Bookings can be made 72 hours after making your cruise booking and must be made a minimum of 35 days prior to your departure date, failure to do so will result in the complimentary space being forfeited.
What will I receive once my complimentary parking has been booked?
Once you have booked your car parking, you will be sent an email confirmation with a flyer for your windscreen with the name of your ship. Please print this and place it in your windscreen upon arrival at the port.
