We know balance due dates can fall at inconvenient times. If you can't pay your final balance, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately.
In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to adjust the date, provided there is no risk of charges or liability on our part.
If you choose to extend your dates, an additional charge of £10 per person will be added to your holiday balance.
Please note that we can't extend the due date on Iglu Handcrafted packages. We are unable to extend the due date on your low deposit balance.
