Can I set up a payment plan after I have booked?
Yes. Just contact our Customer Service Team and we'll set this up for you.
What happens if a scheduled payment fails?
If you miss a payment, log in to My Booking to pay it manually or contact our Customer Service Team. We won't add the missed amount to your remaining scheduled payments, so you'll need to pay this separately before your balance due date.
Can I cancel or reschedule payments?
Yes, that's not a problem. Contact our Customer Service Team to reschedule or cancel your plan.
